Information you share

When you submit an adoption, foster, volunteer or contact form, we receive the information you enter. We use this information only to respond to your request. Please share only what is relevant and do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive records.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in the website administration area and emailed to the rescue’s configured contact address. Access is limited to authorized site administrators. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services.

External services

The site links to Petfinder, Amazon, Chewy and Facebook. The Facebook timeline embed may send your IP address and browser information to Meta and may use cookies under Meta’s policies. You can use the Facebook link if the embed is unavailable. External sites have their own privacy practices.

Site operation

The host may keep technical access and security logs. Spam controls temporarily limit repeated requests. Administrator sign-in uses WordPress cookies. This first version does not add advertising or analytics trackers.

Questions or removal requests

Email communitycatsglobal@gmail.com to ask about information you submitted or request its removal. Records needed to complete an ongoing request may be retained as necessary. The organization is reviewing its final retention policy before public launch.
